It is crucial to note that loyalty points will not be awarded for any purchases made during our ongoing sale period. Moreover, loyalty and referral rewards cannot be redeemed for any active sales or promotions featured on our website. In the event that you decide to cancel your order before the product is shipped, a cancellation fee ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 will be applied based on the specific purchase. Once the product has been shipped, we regret to inform you that no cancellations will be accepted.

Refunds -

We only accept refund requests in the event that the pair you received is damaged and remains unworn. To proceed with your case, kindly email us at care@crazykicks.com. Our team will thoroughly investigate the situation and work towards finding a suitable solution for you.

Returns -

For returns, we have a policy in place that allows them only if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect size compared to your original order. Our team at Crazy Kicks will meticulously review and validate your return request. If it meets the criteria, you will need to return the pair in the same condition it was received, with all tags and original accessories intact. It's important to ensure that the pair is securely packaged using our protective box. In the event that the original box is damaged, please take the responsibility of double-boxing the pair using a larger, protective carton or box, and securely sealing it with tape.

Once we receive the returned pair at our headquarters, our team will carefully examine it. If the return meets our requirements, you will receive a full refund amounting to 100% of the total billed. The refund will be provided in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases and will be valid for one year starting from the date of your original purchase. We understand the importance of resolving the issue in a timely manner, and although we aim to provide a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible, please note that the entire process may take up to 30 days.

Cancellations -

If your request to cancel your order meets our requirements, we will refund 100% of the total amount to you in the form of store credit within 4-5 working days from the acceptance of your request. You can expect to receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation within 24 hours of its approval. It is important to note that once the product has been shipped, we are unable to accept any cancellations. In the event that you decide to cancel your order before shipping, please be aware that a cancellation fee ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 will be charged, depending on the specific purchase.
