Are the sneakers original?

Yes, all of the products available are original.

Are the sneakers always available?

Most of the time they are available. However we do not manage stock online, so sometime products are not available. All your money will be refunded if we are unable to fulfill your order.

What if I receive the sneaker which is not original?

All of our sneakers are checked before dispatch. However, it's a manual process so there are some possibilities of mistakes too. If sneakers are proven not original & they are same sneakers which are sent by us, then we will exchange them without any cost. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

I'm looking for a specific shoe. Do you have it?

If you are looking for a specific shoe, you can search our site and apps by style name as well as by browsing our product categories. In case you don’t find what you are looking for then you can contact us and send the picture and article name of that product, we will try to find it and will inform you within 3 days or less. 

What size should I order?

Size is a personal preference so we are not able to make recommendations on fit. However, please note that all sizes on our site are in UK/Indian sizing. In addition, you can differentiate between mens, womens, kids and children’s sizing. You can see the size chart and if still you are confused then you can contact us and we will guide you. But make sure you choose the right size because exchange will not be an option.

I need to make changes to or cancel my order. Can you help me?

once your order has been submitted to our shipping department for fulfillment, we are not able to honor requests for cancellations. Please confirm the details of your order carefully before submitting. But if the process has not been started for fulfillment then we can accept the cancellation.

What is Crazy Kicks’s return policy?

All sales at Crazy Kicks are final. In the event of a fulfillment error, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. However, all shoes are inspected prior to shipment for order accuracy and defects such as yellowing, scuffs and stains beyond normal retail wear. Crazy Kicks will not honor any claims for incorrect or damaged items once this tag is removed.

Why can't I return or exchange sneakers?

Since we operate entirely on consignment, and often with limited inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales with us are final.

When will my order arrive?

You can expect your package to arrive within 10-15 days approximately. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner with an estimated delivery date.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

It is typically up to the discretion of the driver to leave a package unattended if you are not home to receive your package. Should your order be returned to us, we will send it again after discussing with you about your time availability to receive the package. Order will not be cancelled. If you would like us to re-ship your package to you, please contact customer support and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We reserve the right to suspend your account if an excessive number of packages are returned to us.

Why was my order canceled?

There are various reasons for an order being canceled. However, we will notify you in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled along with the reason. Please note: we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Are the price mentioned are including GST?

Yes. All Price mentioned with the product are including GST.
